On October 12, 2018, the Shanxi Province Coal-based Key Science and Technology Project "Development of Key Carbon Fuel Cell Technologies and Equipment" undertaken by Suzhou Huaqing Jingkun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. (Project No. : MD2014-08) for project acceptance. An acceptance expert group composed of leaders and scholars from Shanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Jincheng Science and Technology Bureau, Beihang University, Shanxi University, Sinoma IOL Research Institute and Southern University of Science and Technology checked the operation of the demonstration system on site. Hearing the reports of the person in charge and chief technical expert of construction, construction, design, supervision, operation and other units, reviewed the relevant materials of the project, after full discussion, it is believed that the acceptance materials provided by the project unit are true, standardized and complete, and meet the requirements of project acceptance; The project has fully completed the various indicators of the plan and mission statement and made major breakthroughs; financial management is standardized, investment control is effective, and the project acceptance team agrees that the "carbon fuel cell key technology and equipment development" project has passed the project acceptance and recommended that the project team further in-depth Carry out systematic research on carbon-based fuel cell related technologies, strengthen system integration and application development, and achieve greater results.

 

  The project built a multi-specification carbon-based fuel cell system platform at the Tianxi coal-based synthetic oil demonstration project site, established a fuel cell laboratory, and proposed and verified a new technical approach for high-efficiency power generation using coal as fuel SOFC. High-efficiency power generation and CO2 emission reduction; power generation efficiency, carbon conversion rate, and carbon dioxide capture rate of carbon-based fuel cell systems. And the construction cost and power generation cost have reached the requirements of the project mission statement, forming a key technology system for carbon fuel cells.

 

  The project proposes evaluation standards and test methods for SOFC single cells and battery stack series. The implementation process of the project promoted the establishment of the China Energy Research Society Fuel Cell Professional Committee and the Energy Industry High Temperature Fuel Cell Standardization Technical Committee. It has promoted the development of the industry and promoted the upgrading of the coal power industry, which is of great significance to the development of the coal power industry in Shanxi Province and the whole country.
